New Student Information and Required Forms
Congratulations again on your acceptance to Global Learning Charter Public School!
Your teachers and administrators are looking forward to offering you an exciting new educational experience at GLCPS.
To officially welcome our new students and families, we invite you to attend our Welcome Day scheduled for Tuesday, June 25, 2024. For your convenience, we have two scheduled meeting times to chose from:
12:30-2:00 PM (Lunch Provided)
5:30-7:00 PM (Dinner Provided)
Your child will have the opportunity to meet their future classmates and teachers. There will be a short presentation by Principal Pires, school tours with Student Ambassadors, and time set aside for parents/guardians to complete any forms that you have not yet completed. We will also provide new families with important information about the upcoming school year.
Please complete this Sign Up Form by Wednesday, June 12th to confirm your participation and to assist us with planning for the Welcome Day.
Now that your child has been accepted into the school, we ask that you complete the necessary electronic enrollment forms listed below by clicking on them:

Parent/Guardian Media Release Form
Home Language Survey in one of the following languages:
Uniforms must be ordered by July 14th in order for them to arrive before the start of the school year. All students must be in uniform beginning on the first day of school. Uniform Order Form.
Parents/Guardians must also provide the following documentation for enrollment:
- Child's birth certificate
- Child's final report card
- Copy of physical and immunization record dated within 13 months prior to the start of the school year. This can be uploaded to the electronic student health form, mailed to the school or submitted at school. *
- If applicable, current IEP or 504 plan. This can also be uploaded in the student enrollment form.
