Uniform Orders

Orders are placed on the 15th of every month.
Orders will not be submitted until payment is received.
Allow 4-6 weeks for your item to arrive.
Returns/exchanges are accepted within two weeks from the day you receive your items.

There are now two ways to order uniforms through the website.

1. Download and print the Uniform Order Sheet (see below). Complete the form and either mail or bring to GLCPS.

OR

2. Complete the Online Uniform Order Form by clicking the button below. The Electronic Order Form will be forwarded automatically to the Main Office.
