Paul F. Correia; First Vice Chair

Paul F. Correia retired as senior vice president of the employment and training division of Lifestream. Paul joined LifeStream’s management team in December of 1998 with the merger of Cognosco which he founded in 1987. Paul currently directs the corporation’s job training and placement programs for disadvantaged adults and inner city youth. He oversees staff training for Lifestream’s direct service employees.

Paul has held various positions in workforce development over the past 30 years throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is an active contributor to the local Workforce Investment Board and regularly advises local non-profit organizations.

Paul has a M.A in Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption College and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Providence College. He is certified as a Workforce Development Professional. Paul resides with his family in Tiverton, Rhode Island.
