The Student Council members are still working out the details for the fundraiser. The fundraising effort coincides with the school's celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month which will culminate with a Culture Pride Day. On October 14th, the last school day of Hispanic Heritage Month students will be able to wear shirts that reflect a particular heritage.
During their first meeting, the Student Council also elected officers. They are:

Vice President: Benjamin Moniz, Grade 10
Secretary: Brianna Medina, Grade 12
Treasurer: Veronika Horsky, Grade 10
