Robin Cabral
Robin Cabral joined GLCPS in 2025 as a substitute teacher before transitioning to a full-time role teaching technology. Mr. Cabral is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Philosophy in Luso-Afro-Brazilian Studies and Theory at UMass Dartmouth. He holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees—one in Portuguese and another in Comparative Literature—and has completed certification in Translation and Interpreting Studies at UMass Amherst.
Before beginning his doctoral program, Mr. Cabral served as a substitute teacher at Milford High School and worked as a student supervisor at UMass Amherst’s Center for Multicultural Achievement and Success with the Josephine White Eagle Cultural Center, where he oversaw staff, programming, and daily operations. He is also the Catalan Editor and Copy Editor for the translation literary journal Metamorphosis.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Catalan, Mr. Cabral’s doctoral research explores the intersection of Nintendo and the renowned Portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa.
