Jennifer Polochick

Jennifer Polochick joined the GLCPS team in October of 2024 as a College and Career Counselor. Two of her priorities are establishing internships with community partners for students, and overseeing the high school mentoring program. Mrs. Polochick earned her M.Ed. from the American International College and her B.S in Health Education Prek-12 from Western Connecticut State University. She is also a certified holistic health counselor through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Teachers' College at Columbia University. Mrs. Polochick is an experienced educator who has worked in the Fairhaven Public School District since 2006 as a health teacher, a  district wellness coordinator, a teacher and learning coach. Additionally, she has maintained a private holistic health counseling practice working with teens and adults, and has worked as an international health counselor and business coach for the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
