Emily LaPann

Emily LaPann is the Middle School Counselor and MTSS Coordinator at GLCPS.  Her roles include overseeing a multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) framework to help students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs; supporting students' in gaining new academic skills to achieve their goals; and, helping students begin to plan for their futures by exploring career and college opportunities with them.

Ms. LaPann joined GLCPS in 2021. She earned her bachelor degree in Sociology at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and a Master of Education in School Counseling from Bridgewater State University. Ms. LaPann currently holds a license in School Counseling for grades 5-12 in the state of Massachusetts. Outside of school, she loves photography, listening to music, and exploring nature with her husband and two children.
