The United Way of Greater New Bedford (UWGNB) Youth Day of Caring is an annual spring event where high school students volunteer at local non-profits, performing tasks like landscaping, painting, cleaning, and helping with younger children, fostering community spirit and introducing youth to the rewards of volunteering to build a new generation of givers.
