what created for cohesive and he just loved being here so that makes for a great work environment our staff is able to easily they are creative and they're always going to work together what I love about the staff is that it is never ever ever out of great ideas for what to do with our kid I love my job I love my do 11 people make themselves available from our student body you know I seem to become Dream League qualifier in the way that they have passion we got to be a Content area and really wanting to be involved in the school of our type let me know where a school that is learning project based so I think that's that's that's an area that is very attractive some. different everyday it's not a bad place to work out you know people they're a different kind of people but it's just amazing work to be doing in the family. The fantastic song was Robin eggs different so we are a project-based community-oriented is student Senate environment for us it is entirely about meeting the passions of both the teacher the kids as well as doing good work in you glcps we have a and one of the coolest things about our building is that we have a cultural Bazaar every year where all our students and staff and come and share their different cultural experiences get to know the different backgrounds that we all come from grow too. Every year it seems like lately because I'm getting so old are alumni and delivering to us their 5th grader so I think that tells us a lot easier when you have Harlem bringing their children to us to educate them and their middle years it goes to show that we must be doing something right cuz our alumni who know what we do I understand how are you doing Trucking what we did the dumb self so it's like to me it's a no-brainer we doing something like every year bassador curriculum my primary job to oversee the development of what we teach what kids learn here and you know we do not use a box curriculum every single solitary the air sometimes multiple times a year staff really think deeply what it is the kids should be exploring and the best ways to reach our Learners is always a constant reinvention of teaching and learning. I'm going to wake up all night education for teachers is so important as students I try to make their academic level to where members of the Blackbird within the community come and watch our Singapore we're in a 70 shows that they generally care and one of the students will be huge for us to open up means that were super diverse Community our staff and students come from all different places and we embrace the fact that we are different in our own way even though we're a small school we still control Willy we open our doors to a community to a world that we say is out there you got so much to learn it's just not New Bedford it's just not this building it's not that textbook it's the world it's for you to learn some we are Innovative family Catholic Community collaborative it is and cleverness because the family student and stopped all working together but one child day in Day Out
