Sarah Fleurent teaches Science to 7th grade students. She joined the GLCPS team in 2013 as a paraprofessional and became a classroom teacher in 2015. Prior to that, Ms. Fleurent worked at the Buttonwood Park Zoo as a zookeeper. Ms. Fleurent earned a B.S. degree in Zoology from University of New Hampshire and a Master's in Teaching from American International College. In her spare time, she volunteers for the Greater New Bedford Special Olympics as a coach and sport coordinator.
