A GLCPS veteran, Ryan Lynch joined the GLCPS' teaching staff in 2007. He taught Social Studies in 7th grade and 8th grade until 2017 when he became the acting assistant principal for the GLCPS high school. In 2018, he assumed the role of assistant principal for the GLCPS middle school. Mr. Lynch received a BA in both history and philosophy from Rhode Island College and recently earned his M.Ed at UMass Dartmouth.  Mr. Lynch was a runner-up for SouthCoast Teacher of the Year in 2009.
