Jeff Garr

Jeff Garr is Managing Partner for HR Knowledge, a division of Hilb Group New England at HR Knowledge. He founded HR Knowledge in late 2001. Today, HR Knowledge has over 75 employees and revenues over 12 million dollars annually. His goal is to maintain an exceptional service organization that serves its clients at the highest level possible. Jeff enjoys motivating people to do great things. His areas of expertise include sales, marketing, human resources consulting, and recruiting. He is a 1983 graduate of Northeastern University where he earned a degree in Political Science with a Russian studies concentration. Jeff is a committed Rotarian, having served as president of Rotary International and as a member of Rotary of Mansfield, MA. He is active in SWIM, a veterans charity, and his local food pantry.
