Ms. Fernandes joined the staff at GLCPS in 2021 as an experienced teacher for students learning English as a second language. As a former student, she is already very familiar with the school's culture. A native of New Bedford, Ms. Fernandes is an experienced teacher, having been teaching in the area for many years. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Human Development with a focus on Psychology from Wheelock College.
