Learning Assignments & Due Dates
for January & February 2012
Every student is required to read for 30 minutes four nights a week.
Most students have just completed concept maps for their independent novels (unless they were reading a longer novel) these were due on January 20th.
We will begin reading The Hunger Games and, instead of a concept map for this novel, students will prepare responses to questions for our first official Socratic seminar.
All about food - the Neolithic Agricultural Revolution
Our first research paper assignment was given out on January 13th. Please ask students about the various portions of this unit-long assignment. We all wrote the due dates for each portion in our agendas.
