A founding staff member of GLCPS, Cyndi Colson's main responsibility is to assist families in having a strong connection to the school. Cyndi is an informal mentor, advisor and friend to numerous GLCPS students, families and alumni, and often visits families as a representative of GLCPS. She oversees or helps in overseeing many non-academic programs and events for students and families, including the Student of the Month Breakfast, the After-school Enrichment Program, the annual Cultural Bazaar, and Summer Academy. She is also the GLCPS Yearbook Advisor. When she is not at GLCPS, Cyndi enjoys spending time with her family and attending the activities of her son and her daughter with her husband.
